Our History
Round Grove United Church of Christ has been a beacon of hope in Lewisville, Texas since 1901, when nine charter members founded our congregation on Epiphany, January 6, 1901. Rooted in the UCC tradition of extravagant welcome, we celebrate diversity and believe in the transforming power of God's love. From our humble beginnings to our growth and renewal for 125 years, we remain deeply committed to serving our community with compassion and faith.
Our Leadership
Rev. Dr. Byron Wells
Pastor
Rev. Dr. Byron Wells leads our congregation with passion, wisdom, and a deep commitment to the Gospel message of love and inclusion. Under their leadership, Round Grove continues to grow as a vibrant community of faith.
Church Membership
We offer both full and associate memberships. Associate members may retain membership in another church while also belonging to RGUC. Members, friends, and guests are always welcome at worship, small groups, and fellowship events.
