This Acceptable Use Policy governs the use of our church community platform by all registered members, staff, and guests. Our platform is designed to strengthen community, support ministry, and honor God in all interactions. All users are expected to use this platform responsibly, respectfully, and in accordance with our shared Christian values.

2. Permitted Uses

This platform may be used to:

  • Access sermons, bulletins, and ministry resources.
  • Register for events, volunteer opportunities, and ministry groups.
  • Submit prayer requests and contact church leadership.
  • View and update your personal member profile.
  • Connect with the congregation through the member directory.
  • Access forms and administrative documents relevant to church life.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not use this platform to:

  • Post, share, or transmit content that is hateful, discriminatory, abusive, or offensive.
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other members or staff.
  • Share another member's personal information without their consent.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to administrative areas or other accounts.
  • Use the platform for commercial solicitation or self-promotion unrelated to church ministry.
  • Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws.

4. Member Directory

Access to the member directory is a privilege extended to registered church members in good standing. Directory information is provided for the purpose of building community within the congregation. Using directory information for solicitation, commercial purposes, or any activity outside of church community building is strictly prohibited.

5. Prayer Requests

Prayer requests submitted through this platform are treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality. Users should only submit genuine requests. Information shared in prayer requests should not be discussed, repeated, or shared beyond the intended recipients without the express consent of the individual.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login information with others. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact church administration immediately.

7. Content Standards

All content submitted through this platform — including contact messages, prayer requests, volunteer notes, and profile information — should reflect the values of our faith community: kindness, honesty, respect, and love for one another. Content that contradicts these values may be removed at the discretion of church administration.

8. Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of this policy may result in the suspension or permanent removal of your account access. Serious violations, including harassment or illegal activity, may be reported to appropriate authorities. Church administration reserves the right to take action at its sole discretion to protect the safety and integrity of the community.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
